PREPARATION
First of all we wash the eggplant well and cut the ends We cut not too big .. otherwise they don’t grill well .. but not too thin because they could burn
Let’s say about 1 cm In the meantime, I heated the grill and brushed it with a drizzle of oil Slowly over my slices and leave for 1 minute .. maximum two on the side
When they are ready, I place them on a baking tray and I dedicate myself to preparing the sauce
Then I cut a few cloves of garlic and arrange them in a scattered way I add the parsley, salt and a drizzle of oil If you want you can take a dish, combine all the ingredients and then pour it over
