PREPARATION
To prepare this rice … I started boiling the water and lightly salting it Meanwhile
I washed 5 tomatoes that I cut in half and poured into the dish I then add two tablespoons of rice salad dressing
which I have drained well and finally a spoonful of Genoese pesto I’m going to drop the rice and once it’s ready .. back to my plate mix well and taste very hot
I assure you it is truly delicious
N.B. choose rice to your liking … recipes don’t always have to be followed to the letter
but you have to make them your own and according to your tastes and needs If you want .. you can add pieces of scamorza … or mozzarella … or even the galbanino

1/2 glass rice
Genovese pesto 1 tbsp
cherry tomatoes 5
seasoned rice 2 tbsp
